Which app most effectively replicates the envelope budgeting system?
I’m looking for a straightforward and user-friendly app that mirrors the envelope budgeting method. It doesn’t have to be elaborate, just something simple that both my partner and I can access. I liked Qube Money, but we can’t justify the subscription cost at the moment.

I’d recommend EveryDollar.
I don’t use it anymore since I prefer budgeting with pen and paper, but I used to like the interface of EveryDollar when I had it a few years back. The app has a paid version that links to your accounts, but the free version offers most of the same features, just without the account linking.
You can find it on Google Play and the Apple Store. If you’re outside the US and using Android, you might need to sideload the app using the APK. For iPhone users, it seems there are no regional restrictions for downloading.
