So I’ve been checking out Plandy Mandy on Instagram, and she has some really great recipes. But honestly, where I live, $80 a week just doesn’t seem like it would work for my grocery budget, which is around $300 a week. I know, I know… I’m kind of picky and only shop organic for the dirty dozen and proteins. I’m really curious if anyone else has tried her budget meal calendars and if it actually works for this budget? I’m on Long Island, so I’m just wondering if this is realistic for my area haha.
I feel you on that! I tried one of her meal plans, but even with the budget, I found it tough. Organic stuff can be pricey!
I think it might be possible if you plan carefully. Maybe try meal prepping to stretch your budget a bit more?
