Why can not I discover this easily? I just want to be able to input all of my accounts and have it tell me what is due when—I do not even want a budget app. I am sick of having to sign into seven different accounts each month just to check, and I am sick of wondering the autopsy will stop working. Mint was something I used to use, but they either closed down or became rubbish.
It sounds like you’re looking for a streamlined way to manage and track your bills without dealing with multiple logins. Consider using a bill management app like Prism or BillTracker. These apps consolidate your bills and accounts into one place, providing due dates, payment reminders, and tracking capabilities. They often integrate with your bank accounts and credit cards to pull in the necessary information automatically. If you prefer not to use a dedicated app, Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel can also be set up to track due dates manually with custom formulas and reminders. Both approaches can save you time and reduce the hassle of managing multiple accounts.
You must make an effort to ensure that the right amounts and times are paid for your payments on time. Your credit score and your money are on the line.
Not to come across as sly, alec, but have you considered using the calendar app on your phone? You have the option to set it up as a monthly, quarterly, or annual reoccurrence and enter the bill name, due date, and average amount.
I use Microsoft Excel in addition to my calendar app. Although my expenses are paid automatically, I still check my monthly statement when it’s available.
I totally get your frustration with managing multiple accounts and not having an easy way to track due dates. I went through the same hassle and found that many apps focus on budgeting rather than just tracking due dates. I ended up using Truebill (now called Rocket Money), which consolidates accounts and tracks due dates without the extra budgeting features. Another option is Bill.com, which can help track and manage bills without the budgeting focus. Both can sync your accounts and provide reminders for payments, helping you avoid the hassle of logging into each account separately.
