I am trying to find an app that works without requiring you to join all of your bank accounts. Do any of you using a fully manual app to keep tabs on your expenses?

For many years, I have used Goodbudget, and up till now, I have enjoyed their services. This app uses the envelope budgeting method, where you manually allocate funds to different categories. It is great for those who prefer a hands-on approach.
I make use of YNAB. Though it is not required, you are free to link your accounts. Best practice is to input purchases at the time of transaction and use the linking tool to confirm the purchase cleared and you don’t have any fraudulent charges, even if you do link them.
I like Aspire Budget, which is free to use. There’s an optional paid add-on if you want to import transactions or link accounts, but the main tool itself is free and entirely on Google Sheets. It’s very full-featured and customizable.
