What’s your monthly grocery budget per person in the US?

I’m curious about what you all budget for groceries per person each month in the US. I’ve had to be really frugal, and I think I might be an outlier. My grocery budget is around $200 a month now, but it was about $140 before grocery prices went up. I live in a major city in the Midwest. If you’re willing to share, let us know where you’re located and how many people are in your household. Also, I mostly buy whole ingredients, and I eat vegan/vegetarian, so this budget doesn’t include dining out. Thanks!

I budget about $250 per month for groceries here in Seattle for myself. I also cook mostly from scratch, but I include some organic stuff, which can get pricey!

I can see how organic food can add up! Do you find it easy to stick to that budget?
