Please assist me in living my life

I think I have a tendency to spend money on random things! I just want to spend money because it somehow lifts my spirits. I’ve made numerous attempts to save money on things I don’t even need, but ultimately I wind up wasting it on things. I just bought two shirts for $80, and I feel so bad about it. I require practical assistance.Kindly

Never carry debit or credit cards with you.

You’re not responsible enough to bring one out with you if you can’t control your expenditures. Bring just how much money you require.

Taking buddies to a movie at the mall? A $20 bill will suffice. (Or whatever it takes; I haven’t gone to the cinema in a long time)

if you owe money on credit cards. Cut up those credit cards right away, and don’t use them again until you are responsible and financially secure enough to make the monthly payments.

Set a budget, damn you. Establish and adhere to an entertainment/spending budget.

I made an effort not to bring cards with me, but it was ineffective. Hopefully, OP remains unaware about Googe Wallet.

We have two lines in our budget: one for my personal expenses and another for my wife’s.

If you’re interested, therapy can be a terrific resource and can be quite helpful.

Return them if you won’t wear them. It appears that you may be having problems with impulse buying. Make a list of the things you need and only buy them after a month, if you have the money to do so. You’ll notice how things alter.
