I’ve never meal prepped before, so I need some recipes with cheap-ish ingredients. I shop at HEB.
Is it just you? Or more than one to feed for the $90? How many meals a day? Is there anything you will not eat? I have suggestions but need a few more details.
I’m interested in hearing your suggestions. OP, reply please.
I made this recently and was a little skeptical of the flavor mixtures, but it ended up delicious! And it’s a Skinnytaste recipe, so it’s decently nutritious and low-cal. Some form of beans and rice is always a good staple for cheap and healthy recipes. Try buffalo chicken rice bowls.
My go-to meals:
- Breakfast: Yogurts, Granola, Granola Bars, Egg Sandwiches
- Lunch/Dinners: Burrito Bowls, Asian inspired Bowls, Burgers, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Chicken Salads, Soups.
