I am horrible at budgeting because I can’t save money due to my ssdi.i need help.i am under a lot of stress.

Is that all there is to it? No benefits from insurance? Internet access? Water? Gas for your house, if any? electricity? I’m not sure if you mentioned electricity and water.

with what you have given so far, after all expenses paid, you have $308.72 left. I don’t know if that is weekly, monthly, or what, I know little to nothing about SSDI. But that $308.72 is what you have to work with for savings contribution and food.
