I already reached out to support a few days ago, but I haven’t heard anything yet. I have been a Pro subscriber since May of this year. The app randomly logged me out, and when I tried to sign back in using the original way I signed in (“Sign in with Apple”), the app acted like I was a new user and creating a new account. I did use the “hide my email” option. I tried offloading the app to clear the cache, restarting my phone, and then re-downloading the app, but I’m still encountering the same issue. Oddly enough, I’m still getting notifications like “you have new transactions to review,” “You have the following bills coming up,” etc. I noticed the app was just updated 2 days ago, so I’m wondering if that has something to do with it? I didn’t realize how dependent I was on this app until I couldn’t access my info
I’m having similar issues! I also reached out to support but haven’t heard back. It’s frustrating because I rely on this app for my budgeting.
It sounds like this could be a bug from the recent update. Maybe try logging in using a different method if you can, or see if they have a status page for known issues.
Have you tried resetting your password? Sometimes that can help re-establish your account access.
