Google Sheets or Numbers budgeting template

Hello,

I’m looking if anyone knows and can share/recommend a budget template. I’m using the monthly budget Google Sheet but find it doesn’t have as many categories as the Google Sheets annual budget. I really like the layout of the annual budget, but it’s cumbersome having to plug in each amount manually. Any recommendations for a template that would have as many categories and automatically plug in the monthly income/expenses into the annual budget?

Unless you can program, Google Sheets will never automatically get your transactions. You can download your bank statements and then copy-paste, but there’s still a bit of formatting that usually needs to take place. I’m currently using the budget template from ‘The Measure of a Plan.’ It’s free and seems pretty good for my needs.

@Kasey
I was afraid of this answer. I cannot program and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing (downloading bank statements, categorizing, and then inputting the data into the annual budget for month-to-month comparison). Thanks for the recommendation!

Sheets doesn’t lock to one operating system. Numbers is only for Apple.

Check out TillerHQ; it works in Google Sheets and automatically pulls bank transactions and can auto categorize too.

Here’s a screenshot of my Apple Numbers spreadsheet Imgur: The magic of the Internet. It uses cell formulas so the totals auto-update.

Might not be exact, but if you’re specifically looking for a Google Sheets template, I use this one.
