Good, cheap subwoofer to pair with Kali LP 6 v2?

I’m planning to buy the Kali LP 6 v2 speakers soon. I was hoping they’d go on sale, but it looks like that might not happen, lol. Since it’s sale season, I thought I’d also look for a subwoofer if I can find a good deal. I’m aiming for something in the $100-150 range, but if you have suggestions in the $200-300 range that could go on sale, I’d love to hear those too. I’m primarily buying this for music production and listening, so any advice would be appreciated! I’ve never bought a standalone sub before.

Check out the Dayton Audio SUB-1200. It’s usually around $120-150 and has solid reviews for the price!

Yeah, I’ve used it before. It works well for both production and casual listening.

You might also want to look at the Polk Audio PSW10. It’s often on sale for around $150 and has decent sound quality.

That one’s good too! Just make sure it fits your space since it’s a bit bulky.

I agree! It pairs nicely with studio monitors and is great for music production.

If you can stretch your budget, the JBL Stage 1200 might be worth considering. It’s typically around $200 but often goes on sale.

I’ve seen it on sale for $180 before! Great sound for the price.

Good to know! I’ll keep an eye out for that one.

Just make sure whatever you choose has a good crossover feature, especially for music production.
