My first advice and the one which I also give my children

“Avoid places and spaces that trigger your impulse buying habits”. These places could be bars, hotels, restaurants, or boutiques, you get where I am heading to?

Also, it’s not bad to go out of your budget but make sure that you know how to fill that hole, or that you have settled the important bills beforehand

The key is to review your budget regularly and make adjustments as needed. I’ve found it helpful to create my budget at the start of each month, categorizing my expenses into fixed (rent, bills) and variable (groceries, entertainment) costs. Tracking my spending daily using an app or spreadsheet allows me to see where my money is going and identify areas to cut back. Setting specific, realistic financial goals like building an emergency fund or paying down debt has also motivated me to stick to my budget. Additionally, automating my savings and separating my “needs” from “wants” expenses makes it easier to prioritize saving over spending. While it takes discipline, regularly reviewing and adjusting my budget has helped me stay on track with my financial plan.
